Keystone Utility Systems has been chosen by the City of Sheridan, SAWSJPB and Mueller Systems as their authorized contractor to upgrade water meters within the City/SAWS water service area.  This is an important project because most Sheridan-area water meters are 20 years old and in need of replacement.  The cost of installation and the new meter is covered by the City/SAWS and your water service will only be interrupted for approximately 15-30 minutes.

Every City of Sheridan and SAWS water customer will be required to have a new water meter or endpoint installed by Keystone Utility Systems to maintain their water service, but if your meter is located in an outdoor pit/vault, you will not need an appointment.  A letter will be mailed to you explaining the process for your specific meter and detailing who will need a scheduled appointment.
