Beginning in 2019, Keystone Utility Systems will be working with The City of Bellevue and Itron to replace or upgrade all of the water meters in their service area with new smart meters. As the project gets closer to starting we will have more information to post. The city has created a website for customers to review FAQ and gather information surrounding the deployment and execution of this project.
