Keystone Utility Systems has partnered with Itron and  The City of Richland to replace and upgrade all of the electric meters and water meters in their service area with new smart meters. We have started the project back in 2022 with 20,000 electric meters and 20,000 water meters to be completed over the period of the project. We appreciate Itron and the city of Richland with helping us get this project completed.
