Keystone Utility Systems partnered with Itron to provide a turn-key AMI upgrade to Lubbock, TX, and all their 80,000 water customers.  This project did not require appointments for residential water meters. KUS has had a strong history with Itron and successfully assisted customers in Lubbock, TX from 2019 to spring of 2020.
