Veolia Water Pennsylvania, Inc. has partnered with Keystone Utility Systems  to implement a  system-wide water meter upgrade program serving residential, commercial, and industrial customers in the Harrisburg and Mechanicsburg area.

Keystone Utility Systems will replace existing water meters and installing Sensus communication endpoints to help ensure accurate meter readings. In some cases, they may also update wiring or related hardware to support these new devices.  Additionally, Keystone Utility Systems will complete water service line material identifications.

Work is expected to continue through 2027. This investment in advanced metering technology will improve system reliability, enhance water usage data accuracy, support faster leak detection, and provide a stronger foundation for future water system management and customer service improvements.
