Keystone Utility Systems partnered up with Itron to install new AMI water and electric meters for the city of Richland, WA. Such deployment began in mid-January and carried into the middle of the year.  Keystone Utility Systems started with the 26,000 electric meters and continued with the 17,000 water meters mid deployment that needed to be changed or retrofitted.
